Thank you for joining the Moto Glow Up VIP Membership, operated by Ecomivo LLC.

This Subscription Policy explains how the Moto Glow Up VIP Membership works, including your free trial, recurring billing, cancellation rights and membership benefits.

By enrolling in the Moto Glow Up VIP Membership, you agree to this Subscription Policy and our Terms of Service.

Moto Glow Up VIP Membership

The Moto Glow Up VIP Membership is an optional recurring subscription designed to provide members with exclusive benefits and savings.

Depending on the promotion available at the time of purchase, eligible customers may receive a 14-day free trial of the VIP Membership.

Your membership begins immediately upon enrolment, and you receive access to available member benefits during the free trial.

Membership Benefits

Active VIP Members may receive benefits including:

Exclusive member-only products
Priority customer support
Free standard shipping on eligible orders
Exclusive member discounts
Early access to selected product launches
Additional member-exclusive promotions offered from time to time

Membership benefits are personal to the registered member, are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Moto Glow Up may modify, replace or discontinue membership benefits from time to time in accordance with applicable law.

Free Trial

Eligible customers receive a 14-day free trial of the Moto Glow Up VIP Membership.

Your trial begins immediately after completing your qualifying purchase or enrolment.

Unless cancelled before the trial expires, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are eligible for one free trial only.

Moto Glow Up reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility and to refuse or cancel free trials where fraud, abuse or duplicate accounts are suspected.

Recurring Billing

At the end of your free trial, your selected payment method will automatically be charged USD $29.99.

Your membership will then automatically renew every 28 days at the then-current membership price unless cancelled before your next renewal date.

By enrolling, you authorise Ecomivo LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method every 28 days until your membership is cancelled.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time.

To avoid your next recurring charge, your cancellation request must be completed before your next billing date.

Once cancelled:

your membership will not renew;
future recurring charges will stop;
you will continue to enjoy membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by law.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Moto Glow Up may:

retry the payment;
request updated payment information;
temporarily suspend membership benefits;
suspend or terminate your membership after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts.

You remain responsible for any outstanding membership fees.

Refunds

Membership charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests are reviewed individually based on:

applicable consumer protection laws;
billing errors;
technical issues;
the circumstances of the request.

Nothing in this Subscription Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Changes to Membership

Moto Glow Up reserves the right to update:

membership pricing;
membership benefits;
promotional offers;
subscription features;
billing procedures.

Where required by law, members will be notified before material changes become effective.

Your continued membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Subscription Policy.

Termination

Moto Glow Up may suspend or terminate your membership if:

fraudulent activity is suspected;
payment obligations are not met;
these policies or our Terms of Service are violated;
required by law or necessary to protect our business or customers.

Termination of your membership does not affect any obligations or rights that accrued before termination.
